To qualify to be admitted into the LL.B regular degree program in law at Unity University, applicants need to have achieved a minimum entrance requirement set by the Ministry of Education.

Applicants who have successfully completed the diploma in law program at the former Unity College or elsewhere at a recognized institution of higher learning may be admitted into the degree program at Unity University on advanced standing.

The training leading to the award of LL.B degree at Unity University will take a minimum of four years.

A student shall have to accumulate a minimum of 117 credit hours in major courses, 6 credit hours by way of electives, and 21 credit hours by way of general and related courses to be eligible for graduation. The minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average at graduation shall be at least 2.00. A student is expected to obtain a pass grade in all the courses he /she takes whether the courses are major or otherwise

A graduate of the program shall be awarded a diploma on which the following shall be entered:
